Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the TaaskRunner platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TaaskRunner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

TaaskRunner is an online marketplace connecting customers ("Users") with independent service providers ("Taskers/Partners"). We do not employ Taskers directly and are not responsible for the quality of services beyond our platform guarantee.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Taskers receive payment only after task completion and customer approval. Platform fees apply as described in our fee schedule.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or misleading information
• Circumventing the platform to pay Taskers directly
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against any user
• Using the platform for illegal purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TaaskRunner (logos, text, graphics, software) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaaskRunner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
